How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It will usually take 4-15 business days for all orders to arrive within USA. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. International Order will take up to 15-45 days for delivery.

How do I track the status of my order?

We usually send you tracking number within 1-3 business days after the order pick up by the shipping carrier. As soon as you get the number after shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track your Order page and click on the Track button. 

Do i have to have an account to place order?

No, accounts are totally optional. However, We recommend to create account to receive exclusive offers and coupons.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately(Typically within 1 hr). We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so in time.

What to do if i received a Damaged or Incorrect products?

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at support@boughtnext.co for a replacement item or a refund to be issued. Also send photos of damaged items and packaging it arrived in.

Why is my tracking number not updating online?

Please allow 2-3 days for your tracking number to be updated in the shipping carrier system for the latest updates.
