What if I received damaged or incorrect products?
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us immediately of receipt at support@boughtnext.co for a replacement item or a refund to be issued.
Also, send a photo/video of damaged/incorrect items and packaging they arrived in. (USPS requires this to file a claim). it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
Accidents happen! if you received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at support@boughtnext.co so that we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible.
