Garden Kneeler and Seat Folding Stool

Very well designed and made. Perfect for an old guy like me to use in the garden but also for help getting up from mat exercises without any other support around. Sounds crazy, but you will all get old some day and this is a real friend.

I've only used it once so far, but I can already tell this garden kneeler is just what I needed! I have rheumatoid arthritis, but love to garden. The handles are extremely helpful to get me up off the ground. I found that the seat side is too high for gardening (I'm sure I'll use it for LOTS of other things), but if I put it in the kneeling position, I can use a short plastic step stool right over it and the handles on the kneeler really help me get up easily!! I can also keep my tools in the handy pouch. Love it thus far, THANKS!!

Life-saver! I am 63 and care for an entire acre for the city. It is a colossal amount of work, but very important to me and the environment. The only reason I can do it all at my age is because of ergonomic assistance devices like this kneeler. It is worth much more than it costs, quality materials, durable , yet light as a feather. Now I just throw it in the carrier with all the tools, and if I have to stand or kneel i just position it, sit or kneel, comfortably, and then I have the strength and energy to keep going.

I bought a similar kneeler/seat many years ago and my wife and I used it regularly, primarily in the garden. The kneeler was stored outside and unfortunately exposure to the elements caused the wood in the seat to rot and deteriorate, I considered just replacing the seat as the metal frame is still functional. However, since I now have a considerable amount of work to do replaying baseboard molding in my home, I thought for the reasonable price of a new unit, it would be better to buy

This is such a big help working in the garden. The biggest help is getting up by holding onto each side. I'm 65 and love working in the dirt. This just makes it all possible. I do agree with other reviewers regarding the little side pouch. It's pretty useless as far as standard garden tools. They just fall out. It would need to be longer to work like it is supposed to. For that reason, I gave four stars. Fix that issue (it would be great to carry a couple tools) and it would be easy 5 stars!

It's great! I can get down on my knees and back up again easily. The padding makes it comfortable, and it folds up easily. Using it on hardwood floors I have not had any issues with it sliding. This spring I'll also use it with my flower beds. Very glad I made this purchase and definitely recommend.

We're completely redoing our backyard since it was overgrown with weeds, and this has come in so handy for the days I'm out pulling weeds for an hour at a time. No more achy feet and knees! My back still gets a little tight from bending over off of this, but nothing like when I was standing and bending. This is easy to move and fold, and the pockets for tools are super convenient. My only complaint is that the seat is super narrow. I'm not a big person, and there's not much room on this thing. Otherwise, love this.

I am a somewhat active 63-year old, but stooping and bending in the garden was tough on my arthritis. This little bench has proven to be very sturdy and makes it possible for me to enjoy the garden in my new home. I am not petite and it has proven to be very sturdy to sit on and to help me stand up after I've been working on an area. Folding it back up requires a bit of a grip, but I suspect that's part of what makes it so sturdy. It doesn't take up that much room when unfolded, so it wouldn't be that hard to just leave it open all the time. I'm really happy with this purchase. The little gloves that came with it are nice too, although one of the tips came off the first time I used them.

I had this item on my wish list. I planned on buying it for the end of season yard clean up. Constantly kneeling was wearing on my knees. Then I hurt my knee. What started out as a nicety ended up becoming a necessity. I was a little worried about the kneeler supporting my weight (200lbs +) but it held up like a champ. I was able to weed out the gardens and bushes with little fuss. And that was in the seated position. Once my knee heals I'm looking forward to trying the kneeling position.

This garden seat is great ! I can't use the kneeler part due to both my knees being knee replacements. But I bought this item to have a seat higher than my 5 gallon bucket to sit on. The bucket was too low and my knees would grind and burn horribly when trying to get up. But this kneeler seat is 2.5 to 3 inches higher and helps a great deal without being too tall. Also the seat is very comfortable since it is a sturdy cushion that should last a long time with proper care.. The tool bag is quite an added bonus. Definately this is a very good investment at a low price..
